“ I LOVE chicken shack. Most of their locations are actually independent of each other but are all consistent. I personally love the chicken tenders. They will not disappoint! They're known for the fried chicken on the bone and their ribs are fantastic as well. KFC eat your heart out! It's garbage by contrast to chicken shack! I've personally visit this location near my new house. The 11 mile royal oak and ryan Warren locations are others I frequented in the past. All equally delicious!!! “ Been a chicken shack customer for over 40 years from original place on 11 mile in Royal Oak. Live close to Sterling Heights location now. We had stop going for about 6-8 months because didn't care for how food was packaged in Styrofoam and food would melt to Styrofoam. Original Chicken Shack used cardboard plates and kept food hot and fresh. The new cardboard containers are the best thing you've done. Ordered Chicken Bucket last week and came in new container and was hot and perfectly cooked. Tonight stopped by for a Fish Nugget and Shack Mushrooms and again hot and very tasty. Thanks for changing the containers it does make a big difference in food quality. ”

What I got was the best damn customer service I've had in years.The young lady who served me needs praise for Going above and beyond. In today's food service industry customers got the short end of the stick.Higher prices,longer lines and sub par food and service.
